A mix of fashion, music and film will be the energetic solution to spend this cold Winter. Colors and patterns come together in a psychedelic mood from the hands of this young company in London, Electronic Sheep. This sheep electronic works in knitting scarves, capelines, caps and sweaters experimenting with graphic design to create a fashion that is out of the ordinary. Behind Electronic Sheep are a Designers duo: Brenda Aherne from Dublin and Helen Delany from London. They founded the brand in 1999.
Graduated from the School of Art and Design in Dublin, Brenda in Fashion & Helen in Graphic Design, they continued their training in universities such as Central St Martins, De Montfort University and the School of Visual Arts in New York. Helen and Brenda also made practices in Dublin, London, Munich, Rome and New York, investigating alternative methods and techniques in knitwear and contemporary design.
Pink Noir, this year’s collection, uses lambswool and is inspired by the seductive image of the black cinema, with lines and colors of the sixties. The pieces are conceived as a series of images like storyboards for a sequence, being the jacquard scarves the real stars of the film.
